心を尽くして主に信頼し、自分の分別には頼らず 常に主を覚えてあなたの道を歩け。そうすれば/主はあなたの道筋をまっすぐにしてくださる。 自分自身を知恵ある者と見るな。主を畏れ、悪を避けよ。

“Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever...Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men...Whoever is wise, let him heed these things and consider the great love of the LORD.”

“我們一生的年日是七十歲.若是強壯可到八十歲.但其中所矜誇的、不過是勞苦愁煩.轉眼成空、我們便如飛而去…求你指教我們怎樣數算自己的日子、好叫我們得著智慧的心。”

“The length of our days is seventy years--or eighty, if we have the strength; yet their span is but trouble and sorrow, for they quickly pass, and we fly away...Teach us to number our days aright, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.”

人生の年月は七十年程のものです。健やかな人が八十年を数えても/得るところは労苦と災いにすぎません。瞬く間に時は過ぎ、わたしたちは飛び去ります......生涯の日を正しく数えるように教えてください。知恵ある心を得ることができますように。
