惟有　神能照我所傳的福音、和所講的耶穌基督、並照永古隱藏不言的奧秘、堅固你們的心。


Now to him who is able to establish you by my gospel and the
proclamation of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery
hidden for long ages past


神は、わたしの福音すなわちイエス・キリストについての宣教によって、あなたがたを強めることがおできになります。この福音は、世々にわたって隠されていた、秘められた計画を啓示するものです。

Romans羅馬書14:7-9

我們沒有一個人為自己活、也沒有一個人為自己死。我們若活著、是為主而活．若死了、是為主而死．所以我們或活或死、總是主的人。因此基督死了、又活了、為要作死人並活人的主。


For none of us lives to himself alone and none of us dies to himself alone. If we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord. For this very reason, Christ died and returned to life so that he might be the Lord of both the dead and the living.


わたしたちの中には、だれ一人自分のために生きる人はなく、だれ一人自分のために死ぬ人も いません。わたしたちは、生きるとすれば主のために生き、死ぬとすれば主のために死ぬのです。従って、生きるにしても、死ぬにしても、わたしたちは主のも のです。キリストが死に、そして生きたのは、死んだ人にも生きている人にも主となられるためです。

Romans羅馬書13:12-14

黑夜已深、白晝將近．我們就當脫去暗昧的行為、帶上光明的兵器。行事為人要端正、好像行在白晝．不可荒宴醉酒．不可好色邪蕩．不可爭競嫉妒。總要披戴主耶穌基督、不要為肉體安排、去放縱私慾。


The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light. Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in orgies and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and debauchery, not in dissension and jealousy. Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the sinful nature.


夜は更け、日 は近づいた。だから、闇の行いを脱ぎ捨てて光の武具を身に着けましょう。 日中を歩むように、品位をもって歩もうではありませんか。酒宴と酩酊、淫乱と好色、争いとねたみを捨て、主イエス・キリストを身にまといなさい。欲望を満 足させようとして、肉に心を用いてはなりません。

Romans羅馬書13:8-9

凡事都不可虧欠人、惟有彼此相愛、要常以為虧欠．因為愛人的就完全了律法。像那不可姦淫、不可殺人、不可偷盜、不可貪婪、或有別的誡命、都包在愛人如己這一句話之內了。


Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for he who loves his fellowman has fulfilled the law. The commandments, "Do not commit adultery," "Do not murder," "Do not steal," "Do not covet," and whatever other commandment there may be, are summed up in this one rule: "Love your neig......hbor as yourself."


互いに愛し合うことのほかは、だれに対しても借りがあってはなりません。人を愛する者は、律法を全うしているのです。「姦淫するな、殺すな、盗むな、むさぼるな」、そのほかどんな掟があっても、「隣人を自分のように愛しなさい」という言葉に要約されます。

Romans羅馬書12:21

你不可為惡所勝、反要以善勝惡。

Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

悪に負けることなく、善をもって悪に勝ちなさい。

Romans羅馬書12:16-19

要彼此同心．不要志氣高大、倒要俯就卑微的人。〔人或作事〕不要自以為聰明。不要以惡報惡、眾人以為美的事、要留心去作。若是能行、總要盡力與眾人和睦。親愛的弟兄、不要自己伸冤、寧可讓步、聽憑主怒．〔或作讓人發怒〕因為經上記著、『主說、伸冤在我．我必報應。』


Do not be conceited. Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everybody. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," says the Lord.


互いに思いを一つにし、高ぶらず、身分の低い人々と交わりなさい。自分を賢い者とうぬぼれてはなりません。 だれに対しても悪に悪を返さず、すべての人の前で善を行うように心がけなさい。できれば、せめてあなたがたは、すべての人と平和に暮らしなさい。愛する人たち、自分で復讐せず、神の怒りに任せなさい。「『復讐はわたしのすること、わたしが報復する』と主は言われる」と書いてあります。

Romans羅馬書12:15

與喜樂的人要同樂．與哀哭的人要同哭。

Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn.

喜ぶ人と共に喜び、泣く人と共に泣きなさい。

Romans羅馬書12:9-11

愛人不可虛假、惡要厭惡、善要親近。愛弟兄、要彼此親熱．恭敬人、要彼此推讓。殷勤不可懶惰．要心裡火熱．常常服事主。


Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves. Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.


愛には偽りがあってはなりません。悪を憎み、善から離れず、兄弟愛をもって互いに愛し、尊敬をもって互いに相手を優れた者と思いなさい。 怠らず励み、霊に燃えて、主に仕えなさい。

(Romans羅馬書12:9-11)

Romans羅馬書12:3-5

我憑著所賜我的恩、對你們各人說、不要看自己過於所當看的．要照著　神所分給各人信心的大小、看得合乎中道。正如我們一個身子上有好些肢體、肢體也不都是一樣的用處。我們這許多人、在基督裡成為一身、互相聯絡作肢體、也是如此。


For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you. Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.


わたしに与えられた恵みによって、あなたがた一人一人に言います。自分を過大に評価してはなりません。むしろ、神が各自に分け与えてくださった信仰の度合いに応じて慎み深く評価すべきです。というのは、わたしたちの一つの体は多くの部分から成り立っていても、すべての部分が同じ働きをしていないように、 わたしたちも数は多いが、キリストに結ばれて一つの体を形づくっており、各自は互いに部分なのです。

Romans羅馬書12:1-2

所以弟兄們、我以　神的慈悲勸你們、將身體獻上、當作活祭、是聖潔的、是　神所喜悅的．你們如此事奉、乃是理所當然的。不要效法這個世界．只要心意更新而變化、叫你們察驗何為　神的善良、純全可喜悅的旨意。


Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God--this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will.


こういうわけで、兄弟たち、神の憐れみによってあなたがたに勧めます。自分の体を神に喜ばれる聖なる生けるいけにえとして献げなさい。これこそ、あなたがたのなすべき礼拝です。あなたがたはこの世に倣ってはなりません。むしろ、心を新たにして自分を変えていただき、何が神の御心であるか、何が善いことで、神に喜ばれ、また完全なことであるかをわきまえるようになりなさい。
