Deuteronomy申命記30:11-14

我今日所吩咐你的誡命、不是你難行的、也不是離你遠的。不是在天上、使你說、誰替我們上天取下來、使我們聽見可以遵行呢．也不是在海外、使你說、誰替我們過海取了來、使我們聽見可以遵行呢。這話卻離你甚近、就在你口中、在你心裡、使你可以遵行。

Now what I am commanding you today is not too difficult for you or beyond your reach. It is not up in heaven, so that you have to ask, "Who will ascend into heaven to get it and proclaim it to us so we may obey it?" ...No, the word is very near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart so you may obey it.

わたしが、きょう、あなたに命じるこの戒めは、むずかしいものではなく、また遠いものでもない。 これは天にあるのではないから、『だれがわれわれのために天に上り、それをわれわれのところへ持ってきて、われわれに聞かせ、行わせるであろうか』と言うに及ばない......この言葉はあなたに、はなはだ近くあってあなたの口にあり、またあなたの心にあるから、あなたはこれを行うことができる。
