如經上所記、『 神為愛他的人所豫備的、是眼睛未曾看見、耳朵未曾聽見、人心也未曾想到的。』 只有 神藉著聖靈向我們顯明了．因為聖靈參透萬事、就是 神深奧的事也參透了。
However,
as it is written: "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has
conceived what God has prepared for those who love him"-- but God has
revealed it to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even
the deep things of God.
しかし、このことは、／「目が見もせず、耳が聞きもせず、／人の心に思い浮かびもしなかったことを、／神は御自分を愛する者たちに準備された」と書いてあるとおりです。
わたしたちには、神が“霊”によってそのことを明らかに示してくださいました。“霊”は一切のことを、神の深みさえも究めます。
